The primary challenge was designing an information architecture for a very broad spectrum of services—ranging from routine prevention and orthodontics to advanced implantology. We had to create a navigation system that allows users (often searching for help under stress or in pain) to find necessary information instantly. A key aspect was moving away from the "sterile" and cold image typical of medical facilities in favor of an aesthetic that is modern, elegant, and, above all, patient-friendly.
