PracawMedicine.com is an advanced advertising portal that connects healthcare professionals with medical institutions throughout Poland. Our goal was to create a professional ecosystem that replaces traditional recruitment methods with a modern, fast and intuitive marketplace tool. The project covered the full path — from brand strategy, through UX/UI, to advanced technology implementation based on Angular and Firebase.
Spotkane wyzwania
The main challenge was to design and build from scratch a bilateral labor market that would inspire the confidence of a demanding professional group. We needed to create a system that is transparent for candidates looking for “for now” offers while offering powerful recruitment management tools for large hospitals and private clinics. The key was to strike a balance between a huge database (locations, specializations, rates) and a lightweight, “sterile” and modern interface.

- Branding and Visual Identity: Creation of a logo and visual language that builds authority and professionalism in the HealthTech industry.
- Information Architecture (UX): Design of complex user paths (User Flows) for the candidate, recruiter and site administrator.
- UI Design & System Design: Create a consistent library of components that ensures the speed and scalability of the platform.
- Frontend Development (Angular): Build a powerful Single Page Application (SPA) with a real-time offer filtering system.
- Backend & Cloud Database (Firebase): Implement a secure and scalable data infrastructure and notification systems.
- Management Panels: Dedicated module for employers to handle announcements and administration panel for content moderation.
