
Cataromarket is the leader of the Polish market of comparison websites for dietary catering. Our cooperation focused on a critical element of the purchasing path — the checkouts process. Through in-depth analysis of data and user behavior, we have transformed a complex order form into an intuitive, fast and transparent tool that realistically increases sales and builds trust in the platform.
The main challenge was to reduce the phenomenon of abandoned carts by simplifying the very complex ordering process (multi-stage selection of calories, delivery dates, diet variants and payments). We had to eliminate information chaos, introduce a clear structure of steps and optimize the interface for mobile users, for whom the previous form was illegible and difficult to fill out.
