MyPick is an innovative Smart Parcel Management platform that streamlines the process of receiving and managing parcels in multi-family buildings and office buildings. Our collaboration with MyPick included a comprehensive design process — from refreshing the visual identity, through designing an intuitive mobile app for users, to creating an extensive admin panel. The goal was to provide a tool that eliminates logistical chaos by ensuring the safe and fast flow of parcels.

Spotkane wyzwania

The main challenge was to design an ecosystem that would be equally friendly to two extremely different groups of users. On the one hand, we had to create a mobile application as simple as possible for residents that allows you to pick up the package in a few seconds. On the other hand, it was necessary to design a powerful administration panel for building managers that allows effective supervision of multiple locations, manage permissions and monitor shipment statuses in real time. It was crucial to maintain coherence between the physical logistics process and its digital reflection.

  • UI/UX Design of Mobile App: Designing an intuitive interface for end users, focused on speed and ease of use.
  • Admin Panel UI: Create an extensive and clear interface for building administrators to manage data and locations.
  • Landing Page Design: Designing an informative website that effectively showcases the benefits of the system and encourages registration.
  • Sistema de desain: Development of a coherent library of components, guaranteeing the visual uniformity of the mobile application, the admin panel and the website.
  • Prototyping and User Flow: Develop smooth user paths, minimizing the number of steps needed to complete key tasks.
