Cateringo CRM is an advanced yet intuitive SaaS platform designed specifically for the fast-growing catering industry. The system integrates all key business processes — from creative menu planning and nutrition management, to order automation, to supply logistics. Our goal was to provide a tool that takes the operational burden off the shoulders of business owners, allowing them to focus on meal quality and business scaling.

Spotkane wyzwania

The main challenge was to design an interface that transparently combined a huge amount of variable data. We had to create a system where managing hundreds of different diets, allergy-inducing exclusions, and complex delivery zones (based on maps) would be simple even for less tech-savvy users. It was crucial to streamline workflow and eliminate the risk of human error in bulk order processing and production planning.

Zakres prac i rozwiązania

  • Menu Management System Design (UI/UX): Creation of a module for easy creation of dishes, definition of ingredients and automatic calculation of macronutrients.
  • Diet Customization Module: Designing intuitive customer selection paths and tools for managing dietary preferences in the admin panel.
  • CRM Interface (Customer Management): Develop complete customer profiles with order, payment and communication history, providing quick access to key information.
  • Order Management System: Create a visual dashboard to monitor production statuses and payment status in real time.
  • Supply Zone Management: Design an interactive map-based interface for precise definition of logistics areas and costs.
  • Settings and Branding Panel: Preparation of a flexible configuration module, allowing to quickly adapt the appearance of the system to the visual identification of a given company.
