O projekcie
Lipowa 43 is a project of a dedicated website for a prestigious residential investment realized by Heritage Invest Park. Our goal was to create an interface that reflects the urban character of the object, its high quality of workmanship and functionality. The site is the main tool for communicating with future residents, offering them intuitive access to the full spectrum of offers — from compact studios to spacious apartments.
Spotkane wyzwania
The main challenge was to design a digital experience (UX) that would present the architectural qualities of the investment in an attractive way, without losing the transparency of the offer. We had to create a system that would allow users to quickly and easily navigate the available premises, their projections and the advantages of location. It was crucial to build a climate of modern, metropolitan elegance that builds aspirations and confidence in Heritage Invest Park's finishing standard.

- UI design: Designing a distinctive look for the website, combining modern urban aesthetics with a clear information hierarchy.
- UX strategy: Developing an intuitive user journey that eases the process of exploring the offer and contacting the sales office.
- Presenting the investment: Designing sections dedicated to the architecture, finishing standard and location.
- Interactive apartment list: Building a functional module for viewing floor plans and the parameters of individual units.
- Responsive web design: Optimising the interface for mobile devices, so offers can be viewed comfortably anywhere.
